OUR STORY: FAMILY & FARM

Long Island Roots

Bob Andrews Jr. is a fifth-generation farmer. In 1983, his parents Marie and Bob Senior, moved their farm east from Melville to Wading River, at the northeast corner of Sound Avenue and Hulse Landing Road. Our family has been here ever since!

Our family and farm has grown each year. We now have 26 greenhouses where we grow our annuals, perennials & vegetable plants each spring. Behind the greenhouses is where we grow our summer and fall produce that fill our roadside farm stand and supplies our CSA program.

Farmers for Our Community

Our family’s goal is to grow beautiful and healthy flowers, and the most fresh, nutrient-dense produce we can for our customers to enjoy. We are proud to continue the Long Island tradition of farming and are grateful for those who support their local businesses.

We open our farm stand in April and stay open until the end of October. We then reopen in December with NYS-grown Christmas trees, wreaths, and poinsettias. We’re open every day in season — come visit us!
